The Amenities were some of the best I have seen in a residential community in Myrtle Beach.

All of them are single level and have architectural shingles, stucko exteriors, large entrances with double doors, big porches, open floor plans and the best part is since they are building brand new homes in the community the builder is willing to make additions or changes to the floor plans to fit your individual needs.
